WedgeIt

The WedgeIt^TM is designed to safely separate stacked sheet and plate metal while keeping workers’ hands and body away from dangerous pinch points. The user pushes the wedge head between metal layers, allowing room to insert spacers prior to lifting or handling operations. The ergonomic D-handle enables strong pushing leverage and comfortable control during separation tasks. Once inserted, the wedge can remain in place as a stable temporary spacer due to its flat ledge design.

The WedgeIt is ideal for metal fabrication shops, plate handling operations, and material staging areas.
